Visit one of the oldest wine tasting cellars in Valais. This former cooperage workshop has been transformed to accommodate up to 60 people in St-Pierre de Clages.
Ariane Evequoz welcomes you to this cellar filled with history to share her passion for wines and local produce.
Here we serve traditional raclette with different cheeses from the region, 100% homemade cheese crusts and especially Grandma Misette's famous tarts.
In autumn, don't miss the legendary royal brisolée cooked over a wood fire.
