Biological
For over three years, the Colline de Daval vineyard has been moving towards environmentally friendly production. All Sierre wines have been certified organic by Inspecta since the 2022 vintage.
Four wines are certified under the Valais Brand label, a cantonal designation that promotes organic, single-vineyard wines. In addition to product analysis, Valais Brand wines undergo blind tastings. These include Fendant de Sierre, Petite Arvine de Chamoson, Pinot Noir de Sierre, and Cornalin de Chamoson.
FRUIT JUICE
At Daval Hill, you can also find apple and pear juices,
Grape juice, as well as apricot and Williams pear nectars. For the past few years, we have been equipped with specific machines for fruit juices, which allows us to offer you 100% homemade juices and nectars.
Our awards
Our apricot nectar has been voted the best nectar in Switzerland
at the Swiss Juices and Ciders competition in 2019.
BRANDIES
Since 2015, the Colline de Daval has been distilling several regional specialties with its own still, such as apricot brandy, AOP apricot liqueur, William pear brandy, oak-aged apple brandy, raspberry brandy, genepi brandy, wine and marc brandy.

the price of the best apricot brandy in Switzerland
In 2021, gold medal for Davalgnac (cognac) at the Swiss Brandy Competition.
